Bettina Schroeter
Partner
Born and educated in Germany, Bettina has a Master’s degree in Economics and Computer science from the German University of Hamburg. She joined the company in 2010 and acquired extensive knowledge in the field of tax assistance for small and medium companies, in compiling financial statements and budgeting, in payroll services and in the general tax law for the BES-Islands.

She speaks fluent English, German and Dutch.

Richard Scholten
Partner
Richard was born in Enschede, the Netherlands and has a Bachelor degree in accounting and fiscal law. He has worked as a customer officer and Tax controller in the Netherlands and came in 1996 as technical assistant to St. Maarten to work at the Inspectorate of Taxes as a tax controller, teacher and counterpart. He also worked as an advisor for the local government of St. Maarten with regards to (fiscal-) policies and budgetary matters.
In 2003 he started RS Accounting on St. Maarten, while in 2006 he expanded his business by taking over an existing accounting firm on Saba. During the year 2012 he also opened a business branch on St. Eustatius.

Donna Hassell
Office Manager
Born and educated on the island of Saba, with ten years of experience in the Receivers office of the Island Government becoming well known on the island for her professionalism.
She joined the R.S.A. team in 2012 and is specialized in Payroll services and Income tax.
